Okay so I feel like a kid again. Does anyone know who does the voice over of "Goo" -- a minor character in the show "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends?" I find it hilarious how this person can talk quickly... whenever I try to talk the fast, I end up being tongue-tied.

may not necessarily be him actually talking that fast. They could have recorded him, then sped it up some. But I don't know, 'cause I've never watched the show, or heard him speak... so yes.
Some people are very talented with their voices, though, to do such things. It can be almost weird sometimes.
