I can't open iTunes. When I try a window opens up and says, "The file 'iTunes Library.itl' cannot be read becauseit was created by a newer version of iTunes." So um how can I fix this?

Uninstall completely and download/install the latest version... that should remove the problematic bits.. and install a working version
